• Has a complete understanding of English Language contents

• Has sufficient depth to convey the information in meaningful ways to the students

• Is creative in introducing variety of methods, techniques and experiences

• Monitor and assess the work of students (assess current work, administer pass / fail evaluations and exams, review reports, etc.)

• Facilitate learning by establishing relationship with students

• Create a positive learning environment and motivate students with enthusiasm

• Involve in extra-curricular activities and events

• Supervise students’ practice learning

• Participate in syllabus and curriculum designs

• Take good care of the schools property

• Expand knowledge in order to teach a broad curriculum

• Assess and record and report the development and progress, attain and behavior of students

• Update English Exam Papers and Get approval from the board in every 2 terms.

• Provide guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and on their education and future career

• Communicate, consult and cooperate with other members of school staff

• Participate during school time in meetings held in the interest of students and school progress

• Share in any possible reasonable way in the proper management, organization and order and discipline of the school

• Perform other duties as assigned by their immediate superior or Principal

- Must be able to work individually or work in a team
- Preferable with someone who possesses an English language teaching certificate
