• Ensure the current working procedures are in compliance with specified SOPs
• Evaluate / Analyse equipment performance and develop and implement processes that maximize uptime, safety and reduce costs.
• Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency.
• Establish a process for breakdowns and repairs and expedite/escalate issues as needed.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and maintain vehicles in peak operating condition by setting up scheduling programs.
• Must take full responsibility in purchasing crucial and quality spare parts and able to maintain as well as keep stockpile of the essentials which is to be used whenever it is required.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Capable of resolving any unsolicited problems with compliance to state laws and without affecting company’s reputation as well as the daily operation.
• Make use of GPS systems to track vehicle locations and improve traceability in the event of a vehicle lost.
• Inculcate and instruct drivers whenever it's needed.
• Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Train new and existing drivers on maintenance and inspection requirements.
• Competent in recruiting skilled and experiences drivers.
• Maintain records to demonstrate that fleet operations comply with state laws and complying with Myanmar Government of Transport laws and regulations.

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 5 year working experience in a related field with minimum 2 years of working experience in managial role.
• Up to date information of RTA Department’s regulations
• Good knowledge on GSDP, QMS and ISO Standards
• Good Computer skills (MS Office Suites) with Myanmar Typing
• Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Managerial skills
• Experience in transport arrangement and repair service.
