Control production activities and daily production schedule achievement.
Assist the managers in organizing, planning and implementing company’s polices, goals and guidelines.
Review daily production reports and analyze them, then create improvement plan for better productivity such as yield.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Analyze production and quality control and correct any problems.
Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programmers based on daily production reports.
Inspect sanitation level to maintain safety and hygiene in production areas to produce standardized products based on quality guidelines.
Ensure regularly that safety and health guidelines are followed.
Motivate a team of staff members to meet company’s targets.
Identify training needs among workers and draft training plan
Inspect the line if production guidelines are met with SOP.
Analyze quality trouble and take preventive measures for the same trouble.
Check the daily material consumption and check records for control inventory.
Check product quality according to guide line and quality standard.
Assist managers to set the man power, facilities and infrastructure.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in management level with food production industry.
Bachelor Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry)
Have knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice and personal knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, and internet browsing)
Set the man power, facilities and infrastructure.
