Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Establish and lead the standard recruiting practices and ensure all HR activities are aligned with labor law,company policies and guidelines.
-Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes the performance and employee management system
-Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
-Establish training system that includes training needs assessment, new employee orientation, management development and the measurement of training impact.
-Build company image by collaborating with customers, government and enforcing ethical business practices
-Review current policies and practices of the organization regularly and involve in the modification and development
-Oversee and manage the work of reporting HR team and advise the management on group organization structure
-Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices that help to recruit and retain superior staffs.
-Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
-Can travel around Upper and Lower Myanmar.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of the Bachelor's degree ,related HR diploma and MBA preferably
-Age above 30 years and 7 to 10 years of experience in HR field
-Must have handled entire HR gumut
-Must have a good understanding of HR behavior,as well as business management,operations and strategy
-Experience in dealing with legal compliance and labor issues and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company
-Good command of English in four skills and computer skill
