Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

•    Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
•    Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
•    Implement effective candidate screening and selection processes (arranging the interviews, screening cv, sending the offer letters and mail etc.,).
•    Assist in employee retention and development.
•    Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
•    Create and execute learning strategies and programs
•    Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
•    Utilize various instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
•    Arrange and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
•    Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
•    Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
•    Enhance staff knowledge and skills to keep up with industry changes.
•    Preparing the training budget quarterly and yearly.
•    Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, MBA (perferred) or a related field. 
•    Diploma/Certificate  in HRD or HRM.
•    Excellent listening, communication, presentation, Interpersonal relationships.
•    Proficiency MS Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint etc.,)
•    Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
•    Ability to multi-task, good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
•    Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/training
