Job Description

*Leads and effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovating financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
*To monitor market’s tread and competitor to implement credit policy optimization and risk mitigation strategies to improve efficiencies.
*To be coordinator and partner with key stakeholders in various groups (Credit Risk Modelling, Business Lines, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Enterprise Risk Management) to identify areas of opportunity and spearhead initiatives in order to enable profitable growth while minimizing credit risk exposure and adapting to change economic and regulatory environment.
*To collaborate with the Product Development Team optimizing marketing campaigns used in acquisitions that align with the credit policies and scoring models.
*Participate in external and internal audits, and regulatory examinations as needed
*Maintain working knowledge of consumer lending related regulations to ensure compliance. Remain abreast of financial regulatory developments in credit risk management and best practices within the industry.

*Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economic or related field (preferred Bachelor’s degree in English or Management)
*Strong communication
*Good relationship skill
*Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline
*Have working experience in Banking or Financial Industry is a plus
