- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives in branding, marketing and product suite.
- Monitor and direct the implementation marketing and branding in line with the banks strategic business plans
- Manage the investment requirements and overall budgeting processes for the branding and marketing both at business line levels and bank wide
- Develop performance measures that monitor the effectiveness of the bank's investment and branding and marketing direction.
- Design and manage a structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
- Participate and be part of the team in developing and selling/distributing products to our potential and existing clients.
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize marketing and sales campaigns to acquire targeted customers and provide insights and subject
matter expertise to line management and sales.
- Monitor market trends, research markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Ensure that all marketing and product development, sales and distribution is within the governing rules and regulations with respect to the financial services
industry with particular attention to the Financial Institutions Law, CBM Law and rules and guidelines and the YSX requirements.

- A bachelor or Master degree in marketing, business administration, communications studies or a related field.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and successfully create and execute marketing program targeted to business and consumer clients.
- Be knowledgeable about various promotional marketing tools. in addition to excellent writing, presentation, project management, problem-solving and leadership
skills.
- Analytical skills with data driven thinking
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
