Summary The Head of Marketing is responsible for driving the Brand Awareness and Reputation of the College to attract and retain new students and teachers. It works closely with Admissions to lead and coordinate Dulwich College Yangon’s marketing efforts to better position the College. The role also manages the Events team and strategy and helps develop the marketing and sponsorship strategy.


Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage a growing Marketing and Events Team
• Lead the Events team and build strategies to develop internal events, holiday camps, facilities hire and also external events as a revenue generator for the College.
• Planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies and events marketing to support the growth of the College.
• Head up the design, creation, production and distribution of all marketing materials and collateral ensuring consistency of brand and tone.
• Gather customer and competitor insights to inform marketing campaigns and customer experience.
• Proactively search for ideas, insights and inspiration from within and outside the education industry to drive creativity and innovation across all aspects of the role.
• Build and develop strong collaborative networks between the Marketing team and other internal teams and colleagues.
• Foster and increase links with feeder and destination schools.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of core marketing tools and drive their use across all departments in all schools in order to continue building brand identity and drive internal engagement of all staff.
• Design and develop a B2B strategy in conjunction with the Head of Admissions.
• Lead the Annual Founder’s Day event; overseeing all individual elements and the development of the event year on year
• Assisting the Director of AMC in the operational delivery and budgeting for all aspects of the marketing, communications and events programmes.
• Managing the development and delivery of sponsorship packages with key partners.
• Continue to develop a merchandise strategy to build and enhance brand awareness internally and externally.
• Using best-practice across the DCI group
