• To acquire the right new business contact data in our target prospects and ensure they are captured in the database
• Take ownership of the management of the business development functions of company.

• To nurture and sustain the direct relationships we have with prospective clients to maximize the opportunity for new briefs and proposals
• Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.

• Work with Yangon based personnel to develop operations infrastructure, including internal control environment, processes, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of all financial data and reporting.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation with cash agent network.
• Provide ongoing training for network of company Cash Agents with support from Yangon Cash Operation Manager.
• Educate and administer company procedures and policies on cash management with Cash Agent Network.
• Oversee the managing of daily Cash Agent deposits with company bank partners § Using company system, manage liquidity balancing needs of Cash Agent Network.
• Ensure the compliance with relevant guidelines, policies, principles and legislation of concerned industry standards and regulations by Union government and related bodies.

• Operations management experience with 3+ years in a banking, microfinance organization, money transfer service, FMCG distributor or mobile money venture. Business development or sales experience is a plus.
• Degree holder with background in management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Burmese
