• Calculate and Draw shipping cost for Finance regards pricing purpose
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Responsible to order for all F&B products align with MFR based on Stock levels
• Advise external issues regarding purchasing Terms Conditions (Incoterm & Credit Term)
• In charger of daily operational shipments, ordering and arrival status to be updated
• Follow up with the suppliers/ forwarders to avoid any mistakes and delays
• Shipping arrangements must be ready before cargo ready date with accurate incoterm.
• Liaise with forwarder (at least 3 FF) to get best shipping cost and report to management.
• Control the supplier payment sheet and remind to Finance regards the payment
• Coordinate with supplier to get timely (CIPL, regulatory requirement docs, etc) both Soft and Hard copy
• Leads SC meeting every Monday and share shipments status
• Actively attend monthly MFR, make comments and discuss with planner for procurement purpose
• Support and provide incoming shipments detailed information to Warehouse for space allocation
• Liaise the process of Custom Clearance

• Proven working experience as a Shipping/ logistics/ Procurement manager
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Must have English 4 Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
