Responsibilities :

To take Phone calls from AGB Customers for Services and try to clear basic problems over the Phone .
If not possible then raise a Trouble Ticket on AGB OSS / BSS System .
Coordinate Trouble Ticket process under issue is closed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Good client-facing and communication skill
Good troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Good knowledge and experience in Networking and Server
Good Knowledge and Experience in PC, Laptop, Server hardware and software
Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
1+ years working as Customer Service or Customer Care
Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
