- Responsible for managing effectively the HR team and overall HR Functions in Recruitment / Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Relations, Performance Management, Safety, Employer Branding, CSR and Personnel Administration
- To ensure that updated HR policies are implemented smoothly
- To ensure effective HR administration relating to HR records, procedures of recruitment, training and payroll
- To ensure effective employee communication and feedback
- To play and administer an effect Company-wide Performance Management System on an annual basis
- To assist the company develop and administer an annual training program based on training needs analysis
- To make recommendations to CEO from time to time on innovative schemes to improve HR practices in the company

Job Requirements

- At least 5 years HR experience in modern HR Management with a large Company and/or Multi-National Corporation
- A tertiary qualification with Degree essential. An MBA will be well regarded
- Effectively bi-lingual: English and Local Language
- Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word and Power Point Presentations
