Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Mainly in charge of overall management of the Human Resource Department
- Handle recruitment process through various streams in internal and external
- Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching and evaluation so on
- Supervision of employee data updating, attendance & overtime calculation, leave record and processing payroll.
- Manage oversea employees’ SSB contributions and taxation.
- Control employment documents such as offer letter, employment contract, labour registration etc.
- Set up of Payroll Accounting/ Payroll Management & pay regulations
- Manage employee training and development related programs.
- Conducting monthly general meeting with all employee & weekly regular meeting with managers.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have over 10 years experience as HR Manager in a foreign organization
- Prefer to have HR experience in a factory
- Must be able to handle recruitment, management and HR administrative duties
- Must be business level in the English language
