- အသက္ ၃၀ ႏွစ္အထက္ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အဂၤလိပ္စာ ကြ်မ္းက်င္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- HR လုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ ႔အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး ( ၅) ႏွစ္ရိွ ရမည္။
- Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာအသုံးျပဳႏုိင္ရမည္။
- လစာ ၅သိန္း ၀န္းက်င္သတ္မွတ္္ထာ းသည္။
