Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Be the central point of contact for management and employees alike; providing guidance on the application of company's HR policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist the managment in the manpower budgeting and forecasting cycle and process (which forms part of the operating budget)
- Be involved in the talent acquisition, assessment/ selection and associated process to ensure consistency in the candidate experience and selection of human capital with the right skills and competencies
- Provide counsel and guidance on hiring framework, policies and processes to management
- Prepare offer letters for new hires, re-employment contracts, and contract renewal
- Arrange pre-employment screenings for new hires
- Prepare inducing pack for new hires as well as conduct orientation for new hires
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain accurate new hire records
- Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports including leave entitlement and balance
- Manage internal transfer and attend to staff queries

Job Requirements

- Degree holder with professional HR certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead the team
- Proficient in MS Office application especially MS word and excel
