Key Accountabilities:
The HR Manager will be a role model and effectively lead a team of different level of retail staff comprising to ensure company goals and objectives are met.

Detail Duties and Responsibilities:
• To make the Organization structure includes the needed operation/ working departments.
• To write the organizational Human Resources policies and rules & regulations based on labour laws and organizational vision.
• To set up the Human Resources Department’s objectives as the strategic & tactical objectives
• To build the Human Resources Department as the Doctor Of Organization, the Lawyer of Organization and the Advisor of Organization and as an axle among the employees
• To carry out check and balance between Employer and Employees and among all Departments in the organization.
• To effectively effort the overall (HRM & HRD) functions of Human Resources Department to be sustainable development for the organization.
• To carry out Recruitment & Selection as “Right People in Right Place ”.
• To carry out Employment Contract/ Performance Contract to employees, problem-solving in working, Rules & Regulations and other legal affairs.
• To do company and HR policy orientation to new employees.
• To carry out compensations & Benefits for all employees.
• To provide the system of Health Care & Safety affairs.
• To carry out Rewards & Recognitions system in the organization.
• To carry out labour Retention Program.
• To carry out HR policy & HR Master plans for the organization.
• To do HR survey as job satisfaction survey, Attitude survey, Salary survey, Suggestion & Conflicts survey to effectively manage Human Behaviours.
• Key Performance Indicators & Performance Appraisal for selected issues by quarterly.
• To Participate formulating Job Descriptions for all Employees & Standard Operating Procedures for all departments.
• To Carry out Training Programs & Career Development for learning organization.
• To build the Team Building by team activities to get the team sprits.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Required Person Specification:
