Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are looking to hire a HR manager, who is willing to locate in Mawbi, Yangon. Candidates with manager level experience or candidates who are wanting to step up to manager level are both welcome to apply.

Currently our HR team has 2 staff. The candidate will be firstly hired as a HR manager, and there is a possibility to be promoted to HR and Admin Manager within a year depending on the candidate’s job performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
• One of the main responsibility will be recruiting professional employees required for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Reviewing of company’s HR policies and ensure the policies are in compliance with current labour laws and regulations.
• Setting up monthly meetings with each factory department head to review the monthly staffing requirement.
• Weekly reporting of HR issues to management.
• Work to formulate and implement miscellaneous policies and procedures.
• Must be able to effectively handle employee frustrations, and work to resolve conflict in an effective and professional manner.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to locate in Mawbi. Company will provide accommodation (single or family accommodation)
• Good Interviewing skills
• Good employee relationship management
• Good knowledge of current labour laws and regulations
• College Degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in the Human Resources field
• Must be resourceful, as well as strong communication skills
• Must be innovative and excited to assume high levels of responsibility
• Must have effective communication skills and demonstrate adequate maturity and ability to resolve conflict
