Minimum 2 years of work experience in the HR department of a company with at least one year managing other staff.
Knowledge of standard HR management processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee data, human resources operations and processes,
Compensation and salary administration, benefits programs
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
Excellent communication Skills, including English Language skills, (both written and verbal) and communicate effectively with others
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
Enjoy working with people and able to work as part of a team

Job Requirements

Any Graduate ( preferable with HR certificate (or) HR diploma)
At least more than three years of experiences in related field
Able to speak and write English fluently
Able to use Microsoft application / email and internet
Understanding and practical knowledge of labor law and statutory and government order
Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
