• Monitor KPI and traffic, achieve necessary analysis to improve network quality.
• Capacity dimensioning based on monitoring information on this IP network
• Understandable routing policy and IP optimized routing for the Internet
• Take ownership in setting up the network quality at the customer experience point of view

Job Requirements

• Must have good skill in Microsoft Excel , Word & Power Point
• Need to have IP network knowledge and understanding the traffic behavior & making graph from raw data.
• Need to have analytic skill for network policy and IP issue (Should have certificate such as CCNP, others related IT Fields certificate)
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills and co-ordination skills
