Job Description

▪ Key technical point of contact between third party applications like Viber, WhatsApp, Line, Facebook, WeChat
and proper integration with the product.
▪ Maintain strong relationship with Marketing department in enhancing product and linked applications.
▪ Strong creativity in product package creation based on current market demand in corporation with marketing
team.
▪ Responsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or
revised coordination to solve software related issues.
▪ Provides input/justification for integration costs and budget impact with software vendors.
▪ Lead a team of product engineer and application support to make sure desired products reach to clients with
proper integration.

Job Requirements

▪ Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of IT/ telecom and 2 years of working as management level
▪ Holder of Bachelor degree related to Information system, Computer system, Information technology, Business
IT or Computer science
▪ Professional certificate such as ITIL, CISA, MCSE or MCSA preferred but not mandatory
▪ Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.
▪ Knowledge of database management and integration project with third party applications.
▪ Familiarity with Project management and SDLC.
▪ Good understanding knowledge of Mobile app, web app and Facebook app is a plus
▪ Demonstrated skill in digital marketing and social media promotion
▪ Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
▪ Professionally proficient in English
