Job Area

You will be responsible to install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. You will also “train” users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. To build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.

Responsibilities

Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
Assist in maintaining Internet service and firewalls systems.
Initiate process improvements to better answer user demands.
Provide technical assistance to staffs as needed.
Assist in software and hardware upgrades.

Job Requirements

Degree in BC.Tech or relevant field.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
