Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Mainly in charge of management of System Development Engineers
- Hearing new requests, change requests, etc. from the sales side to the system
- Create system requirements specification
- Explain to development vendor and get estimate
- Review the quotation details, obtain internal approval
- Project schedule management after development start
- Responsible for IT Engineer (Web Development)
- In charge of create web application by using Java or PHP or others.
- Hearing new requests, change requests, etc. from Bridge Engineer
- Survey and gather information necessary for the project
- Support to and management team member
- Train and manage junior Engineers
- Failure after system release, troubleshooting, Q & A response etc.
- Interpret between Japanese and Burmese
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have min. 2 years working experience at IT Company in Japan
- Must have over 5 years working experience as IT Engineer
- Must have working experience as Manager
- Must have knowledge of IT (System creation logic)
- Must be business level in the Japanese language
- Must have experience of web development
- Prefer to have experience as team leader in one project or team
- Must have knowledge of Database, PHP, JAVA, JavaScript, PYPHON
