- Collect customer’s voice and recognize customer’s requirements.- Provide technical support to finalize the IT solution to customers.- Delivery the Huawei product solution and manage the delivery progress of 3rd party product- Technical problem troubleshooting and optimization- Documentation management and knowledge transfer- Maintenance the system after customer acceptable testing.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or IT related field of study- At least one year experiences in IT Infrastructure and Software (CRM/Billing/Mobile Money..etc.) Delivery or maintenance project in Telecom industry or Enterprise Network industry.- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.- Have basic knowledge of Network Device 、 Storage Array 、 Operation system 、 Virtualization Platform、Shell、Oracle Database、SQL- Must have good reading/writing capability and learning proactively.- Can be work hard and cooperate well with others.- Able to travel within country for business trip and willing to work over time is required.
