Job Purpose:

Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of computer hardware, software systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. This role involves handling IT security and compliance tasks, providing technical support to users, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests from users.
• Handle the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including applications, ERP systems, security systems, and service desk support.
• Troubleshoot and fix network faults.
• Handle router, firewall, switch, access point, PABX, CCTV, door access, and cable installations and configurations.
• Register and manage user accounts for computers, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and equipment.
• Register all IT fixed assets and maintain monthly reports.
• Arrange maintenance for IT equipment and manage IT assets record keeping.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate IT procurement activities and vendor contracts.
• Analyze and submit monthly reports on troubleshooting and monitoring records.
• Document all incoming and outgoing IT equipment and maintain an asset list.
• Closely work with IT Department from Head Quarter and provide technical expertise and assistance as needed.

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / technology

                            : International Advance IT certificates are preferred.  

• Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in professional IT role  
• Other Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving

                             : Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet internal customer needs.                 

                             : Ability to write and communicate in English
