• To organize active monitoring as required by C-level, Board of Director and functional Department.
• To compose alarm monitoring guideline and configure early alarm solutions for KPI networks.
• To make system clearly by removing unmeaning alarms
• To control network situation and KPIs via receiving alarm SMS and report from shift leader and network handling teams, directly troubleshoot and recovering service urgently as hierarchy.
• To build up the incident management and emergency recovery guideline database. Check and review the results of the implementation.
• To organize resources to check the status of system operation (transmission, core, IT ...) frequently following the checklist.
• To check, review fault correction change requests.
• To implement simulation for emergency cases.
• To provide data of events, alarms, and repetitive fault trend for functional departments to find the root cause for processing…• To assign jobs, supervise and evaluate employees according to KPIs, to arrange shift roster rotation ensuring network 24 hours per day 7 days per week under control.
• To make plans and organize training courses to improve technical knowledge for employees.
Job Requirements
• Education Qualification: University
• Major: Electronics and Telecommunications / Information Technology / Automatic Control / Automation/ Electronics
• Foreign language: Good at English (4 skills)
• Background knowledge about information systems, computer engineering
• Knowledge of networking, database management, NET, JAVA programming, server system, computer network, storage system.
• Good at using computer and Microsoft Office software (word, excel, power point) and making report.
• Good at problem-resolving skills, planning and time management skills, communication, expression and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate IT system engineer position.
• Had experiences in managing network devices of Cisco, Juniper, Servers (using Windows, Linux OS), virtualization solutions (using Hyper-V, VMware ESX), databases (using Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL), storage system (using HP, Dell, IBM), Video conferences (Polycom), Programming (.Net, Java…).
