Manage and surely complete JO employees’ inquiry.
Set up JO employees IT equipment and trouble shoot once issue occurs
Manage Microsoft Windows server environment, AD, File Servers and Office365 and network environment for providing stable work environment.
Train junior members collaborating with current senior members.

Job Requirements

7+ years experience working in either technical user support, network management or server management.
2+ years experience in team leading with 5+ members especially in the field of problem finding, solution making and continuous improvement.
Fluency in English skills
Proficiency in Microsoft environment is preferred.
