① Upstream process
-To grasp the requirements from the requester side in order to make sure the requirement specifications and accurately convey to vendor
② Development process
-To properly manage the vendor's development schedule in order to prevent the occurrence of delay in system development
-To examiÿÿne the standalone or combined or comprehensive test of vendor in order to point out the insufficiency from vendor side
-To review the UAT item
③ Operation process
-To be able to fix the problem immediately and create the counter measure in case of the occurrence of issues after system released

Job Requirements

Experience in requirement handling of VAS Systems, Mobile Money System, and Device Management System.
Experience of Team Leader ( for (a) )
English and Myanmar language
Capability for multitask
Capability for communication with team made, other department staff and vendor engineers.
Self-motivation, concentration and persistency.
Adaptability for new environment and new system
