JOB SUMMARY
Duty Statement

1 Ensure the quality in QA operation and quality control support for manufacturing plant.

2 Check during the production where appropriate starting material, packaging materials, in-process and finished goods.

3 Follow the requirement of GMP, GLP and other regulatory requirements and assures implementation of quality system across the plant.

4 Follow the quality requirement of Specifications, sampling plans, quality control procedures, standard operating procedure, batch documents and micro sampling plans.

5 Monitor & improve performance lab of the department.

6 Keep superior informed all of issued / in area’s and report to manager.

7 Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Educational Background B.s.c Degree in Chemistry, IC, Engineering Chemistry, Bio Chemistry or Other related field in Science

Training and Experience Minimum of 1 year experience in Lab Analysis skill

Specific Knowledge Good and effective oral/ written communication skills, problem solving .

Business Knowledge Sampling plan, Root cause analysis, Organizing & Coordinating

Others Medically and physically fit (No allergies to drugs and with good vision) has displayed the capability to perform leading
