A Big Opportunity for ...

- Advice and take action for Legal Account Receivable cases by professionally.
- Advice and take action for Legal Employees cases by professionally.
- Advice & take action of Company's properties of ownership
- Discuss and advice with all Business Units/ BR for Account Receivable cases.
- Discuss and advice with Business Units/ BR/ Division for Employees cases & Contract Affairs
- Check the collected data and prepare the proper contracts and letters for the general affairs of the company.
- Provide knowledge to team concern with legal update law and procedure.
- Monitor and advice for all documentation of Company's properties.
- Advice & confirm for new Business Standard contract.
- Check and advice for Company's Logo, Trade Mark registration.
- Report to Department Head for all activities by daily, weekly, monthly.
- Participate the Corporate Meeting for Special Affairs and Advice
- Support and assist to Top Management for urgent cases.
- Solve the problem in daily Legal cases.
- Litigate Criminal cases and Sue civil cases completely and be responsible to end of the cases in Court professionally.

- LL.B or LL.M (Must have advocate license)
- Must have 7 years experience in related filed
- Must have Legal skill & knowledge
- Must have good communication and negotiation skill, interpersonal skill.
- Strong written and oral communication
- Critical thinking and problem solving skill.
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Can go travel to anywhere.
