  • Establish and maintain an effective chain of command structure throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of corporate governance policies.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure the organization's compliance.
  • Develop and deliver compliance and ethics training programs for employees.
  • Foster a culture of ethical behavior and compliance awareness within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Reputable foreign organization experiences are preferred plus.
  • Proven experience of 4+ years in a compliance or ethics management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Professional certification in Compliance or Ethics (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP) is a plus.
