Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The main responsibility is to perform activities in regards to legal service and advisory, to support business operation and mitigate legal risks.

Detailed responsibilities include:

▪Research and perform analysis for litigation cases, and for any issuance of new legislations that are applicable to the company’s business
▪ Provide legal advice and support to various functions of the company, including drafting and review of legal agreements and documents (e.g. power of attorneys)
▪ Ensure that business is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and contractual arrangements will be enforceable as intended
▪ Identify and monitor legal risks and provide the risk assessment report, including action plans, to ensure that the risks are mitigated
▪ Work closely with relevant functions and external legal consultants regarding to lawsuits
▪ Conduct legal analysis for litigation cases to diagnose and find interpretations to maximize strategies and solutions for the company
▪ Identify, monitor, report and reduce risks relating to corruption, to ensure that such risks are effectively managed and closed
▪ Identify and respond appropriately to problems, and ensure that issues are resolved
▪ Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skill
