o To ensure all organizational legal matters are managed properly and assist in the risk management

About the Company

Our client is one of the well-known international company in Yangon handling different projects.


The Role

Manage the legal affairs of the organization.

● Handle reviewing, writing, negotiating and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
● Provide Legal protection and risk management advice to management especially in contract management and review legal documents
● Participate in critical projects and give legal opinions of project initiatives
● Oversee and review the legal related matters

Job Requirements

● Minimum 7 years of working experience in related background.
● A bachelor degree is a must and other qualifications in law will be a plus.
● Strong command of English is required.
● Able to understand legal terms and labor law.
