Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Responsible to assist and manage correspondences of CFO, Finance Leaders, within inter-departments and with outside parties.

Key Responsibilities
 To assist CFO, Finance Leaders, and Finance team in coordinating meetings, presentation, and other office-related events: send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
 Taking meeting minutes, following up on work to be done
 Making sure that follow-up is in place for outstanding items discussed at the meetings held by CFO, by working with second layers Finance leaders individually.
 Arranging and scheduling travel plans, when required
 Manage communication of information in and out of the office; prepare correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (Paper and electronic ); prepare outgoing mail for executives
 To assist in the preparation of presentation materials, using PowerPoint /excel/word where necessary
 Support Finance Function’s implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM), including the automation and digitalization initiatives taken at Finance Function, as part of TOM.
 Proper house-keeping of the records and filling
 Monitor and maintain office equipment – repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and to hire technicians when required
 Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed
 Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times and
 Other ad-hoc jobs as required under Finance Function

Job Requirements

 A bachelor’s degree in administration or management or equivalent
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken , is required
 Demonstrated management and leadership skills
 Excellent communication skills
 High integrity
 The ability to promote and lead excellence in Finance Function, and
 Knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
 3 years’ work experience in administrative /liaison work.;
