• Monitor suppliers for sustainability compliance performance and provide guidance to our partners • Customer social audits, internal assessments and incident management• Communicate social (e.g. BSCI), expectations and requirements to vendors, merchandising teams, customers and third parties • Perform trainings with the factory to adopt new social requirements• Manage and analysis risks in the production facility pool and drive factory compliance improvements by following legal obligations and company policies
• Bachelors degree or above, MBA or Masters in related field as Social Science, Politics, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management will be preferred• 8- 12 years professional experience in compliance, ideally working for a buying house or in a global team• Strong team player who can work independently and under pressure. Result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded• Travel is required• Literate in Microsoft office programs• Fluent English, Burmese in speaking and written (optional Chinese)
