Job Description

• Provide overall leadership and management of the marketing and communication function.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies, both traditional and digital, as well as budget and action plans.
• Develop marketing and communication policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other managers on the implementation of marketing and communication programs.
• Manage all lead key publications as well as marketing and communication events including managing of vendors and supplies of marketing materials and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, regulators and all key stakeholders.
• Develop and build brand policy, procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct regular market study on brand awareness and company reputation in Myanmar.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration. Those with MA or MBA is preferred.
• Must have at least 5 or more years of similar experience. Those from the banking or microfinance industry will be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in writing professional web and marketing copy that are persuasive and readable.
• Must be analytical and creative with the ability to interpret information, news and data quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to speak and write English language fluently.
• Good computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly self-motivated and possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive.
