• Manage the verification of report results, validate report data and manage user acceptance testing
• Leverage and enhance the reporting capabilities of existing systems
• Manage end-user reporting tools and develop additional tools as needed
• Collaborate with other groups to establish a coordinated reporting effort
• Construct business analysis, identifying key business drivers and root cause analysis which includes scenario based modelling
• Develop and oversee a schedule for report generation, distribution and identify the distribution vehicles
• Responsible for preparation and measuring adherence of the yearly annual budgeting plan for the call center.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy /Banking
or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in big data management.
• Experience working in of banking / financial services would be an added advantage.
• Ability to command both spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft excel, access, data formulation, Office, Mail drafting, presentation and analytical skill.
• Possess problem solving skills,, professional maturity, communication skills and ability to work independently.
