We are looking for Management Trainee for Multi-national company. Your job is as below.
1. Work alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties.
2.Attend periodic evaluations.
3.Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.
4.Translate the documents from Chinese to Burmese or English to Burmese vice versa.
5.Provide instant interpretations between local Burmese and expatriates in Myanmar factory.
6.Provide regular Burmese tutorials to the foreigners working in China and Myanmar factories.
7.Flexibility to accept instructions and tasks assigned by the supervisors and managers.

Job Requirements

1. Must be able to speak Burmese and Chinese fluently or English and Burmese fluently.
2. Minimum high school graduated, college graduated preferred.
3. Strong written and verbal Chinese and Burmese or English and Burmese vice versa.
4. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
5. Must be hardworking and willing to learn.
6. Good sense of adaptability.
7. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the position, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances dictate.
8. Must be able to be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Chinese typing is required.
9. Willing to receive on-the-job training in China for 3-12 months.
10. Willing to work in different departments to gain perspectives and experiences, including merchandising, purchasing, management, production, quality, warehouse, technical, personnel, etc. to follow up tasks assigned by relative supervisors and managers.
