The role holder takes care of record keeping and verifying the payroll data. Involve reconciling payroll and depositing Tax and SSC payment. The role holder will support the Head of payroll operations.

Entry the information and data related payroll on system ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
Collect Allowance data from the Branch and HO monthly
Handle applying SSB card and payment process of KBZ (HO)
Communicate with SSB offices to achieve employee benefit claim
Provide the upload/delete for Leave request based on the Line Manager request
Provide Employment Letter for active employee and Service Letter for resign employee
Explain employee inquiries concerning payroll via phone and contact hr
Participate in the tax document distribution process
Integrate with team members to resolve, record any challenges and technical issues of the payroll process.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management Preferred.
Customer service orientation
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong communication and people skills
Must have 3+ years of solid working experience in relevant fields.
Must have well knowledge background Payroll process.
Proven computer literacy in Microsoft Office, data analysis & database skills, Office G-suite
