Ninja Van Myanmar is hiring talent HR candidates for the following roles;

  1. HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition: Responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including job description creation, posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

  2. HR Assistant - Compensation & Benefits: Responsible for administering compensation and benefits programs, including preparing packages, conducting salary surveys, processing benefits enrollments, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

  3. HR Assistant - Learning & Development: Responsible for supporting training and development activities, including assisting in program development, scheduling training sessions, tracking employee progress, and maintaining training records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration, with specific experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, or learning and development preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of HR.
