- Report to Manager, Card Department.- Responsible for managing the entire card operations team, ensuring maximum efficiency, security and contribution to the profits of the card business.- Provide the service excellence to both Card Centre's internal and external customers.- Support the implementation of card business strategies in Myanmar.- Escalate all pressing issues and concerns to Department Head.- Manage operational costs and ensure the unit is within the allocated operational budgets.- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the team and submit this in a timely manner.- Provide timely replies to inquires coming from other teams and senior management.- Ensure all issues are properly monitored, escalated and resolved on the soonest possible time.- Performs other Operations-related functions assigned from time to time.- Overseeing Card Production Team, Project & Admin Team and Customer Service Team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business academic backgrounds.- At least three years of managerial experience in the card business industry- Knowledgeable in credit card operations - Possess in-depth knowledge of company and commercial legislations to facilitate litigations against cardholders and merchants will be an advantage.- Knowledgeable in PC skills, e.g. Dbase, SAS, Word Perfect, Excel and PowerPoint- Excellent management skills, interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and analytical skills.- Read, write and speak English fluently.
