1 - Manage staffs and the company effectively
2 - Give daily work duties and instructions to all staffs
3 - Give daily, weekly and monthly duties to all staffs
4 - Draw daily, weekly and monthly work timetable to all staffs
5 - Draw the weekly and monthly target market to all staffs
6 - Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and the resorts/countries to use
7 - Visiting resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability
8 - liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps
9 - agreeing service levels, contracts and costs
10 - confirming customer names with airlines/hotels
11 - collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
12 - using market research information to guide decisions
13 - producing brochures and internet-based information
14 - providing pricing information
15 - marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising
16 - handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets
17 - predicting profits or number of bookings
18 - working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together
19 - combining travel, accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packagesV
