JOB SUMMARY
- The Operations Manager has a role of leadership in managing requests from both Guests, Management and involves in all operational knowledge of departments.
- He / She must possess excellent customer service skills, is responsible for the entire hotel operations in the absence of General Manager and must be visible to the guests and staff.
- To ensure the highest service is provided, ensuring all relevant factors are finalized in an effective and efficient manner.
- Consistently reviewing and improving service standards whilst maintaining a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.

1. Hands-on management approach to all operational needs.
2. The relationship is driven to assist conversion of business in conjunction with sales and marketing.
3. Identify areas of efficiency and simplicity while at the same time looking for opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
4. Strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES
1. Areas of Study: Hospitality Management
2. 2 years experiences as Operation Manager or Rooms Division Manager in 5 stars hotel
3. Excellent knowledge of Property Management System of any brand.
