• Coordinate daily customer service operations
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Evaluate employee performance
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Associates
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Handle complaints from customers
• Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

KPI’s/KRA’s:
o Login Hours adherence
o Meeting Quality target
o Service Level of the process
o Shrinkage/Attrition
o Maintain abandoned level
o Ensuring First Call Resolution to the customers
o Ensure Timely and proper closure of SRs

Job Requirements

• Must be from Call Center Background
• Should be aware of Call Center KPIs
• Educational Qualification Varies, ranging from high school diploma to bachelor's degree (preferable)
• Degree Field - Business administration, operations management, or related field ( preferable) else any
• Knowledge of Monitoring skills
• Time Management & judgement taking capability
• Client Management
• Resource Planning & Critical Thinking capability
• 1 year as Manager Operations
• 1-3 years, as an Assistant Manager
