Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Be stationed in Yangon Office and oversee all aspects of the operation
- Be active in all of the field operations and work closely with respective supervisors
- Manage a team 10 people or more to coordinate the operation tasks
- Solve any technical and operational issues for agents and customers as needed
- Relay feedback and provide ongoing suggestion to the technical team and the senior management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the senior management from time to time

Job Requirements

Any university graduate with 2 to 3 years working experience
- Detail oriented, processed minded, and well-experienced in operation management
- Familiar with mobile phone, social media, and apps
- Have an outgoing, assertive, and cheerful/pleasant personality
- Can work under pressure and have good teamwork skills
- Possess local knowledge and resourcefulness
- Willing to learn new skills and grow together with the company
- Able to travel all over Myanmar as necessary
