- To be responsible for the business operations - from delivery of goods at warehouse, to the export of goods internationally - all in a timely manner.
- Managing stock, pilferage and quality control during the day to day operations in multiple warehouses.
- Personnel management (hiring, training and supervision of staff).
- Responsible for implementing and managing the customs compliance in origin country, and exporting country where applicable.
- Maintain regular communications with buyers operations team to apprise / update them on any relevant information pertaining to their shipment.
- Manage the company’s relationships with freight forwarders and other supply chain related entities to ensure the efficient, cost effective, and compliant movement of goods.
- Coach, develop and mentor the team; establish goals and monitor progress.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors degree
- Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers and client.
- 1 – 2 years work experience is preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, time manage, and multi-task to complete assignments.
