Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-Responsible for the drafting, editing and renewal of credit policies and procedures as well as product, programs for new and existing products.
-Initiate portfolio concentration limit by ageing, product, branch, credit methodology, loan cycle and loan term, etc.
-Monitoring PAR trend, identify troubled spots/branches, recommend risk mitigation and portfolio diversification strategies to Risk Manager
-Conducting monthly/quarterly/annually mapping of portfolio risk and process
-Design and prepare report related with portfolio information including vintage performance analysis, flow rates of delinquent accounts, collections productivity and efficiency, maintenance of write-off pool data and recovery figures.
-Ensure development of high quality MIS to monitor portfolio shifts and identify risks and opportunities, leveraging on existing in-house data as well as external third party data, when available.
-Monitoring caps, thresholds and control set for portfolio quality
-Contribute to design of credit process around portfolio activation/ intervention and drive automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management process.
-Oversee Risk function’s RCSA and KRIs assurance process and ensure that these are assessed appropriately and on a timely basis.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree in any discipline but, preferably in computer, accounting, statistics, mathematics.
-Minimum 3 year experiences in designing and preparing excel-based management information system, data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques along with reporting package.
-Must have strong knowledge and capability with written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools- advanced Excel, word, power point
-Self-starter and self-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
