Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Be responsible for the management, performance
- Responsible for recruitment, selection, training, and developing Policy Service staff, etc.
- Coordination of the Policy service and Claims teams to ensure all processing claims activities
- Develop, oversee and manage all Policy Service processes and procedures
- Managing persistency ratio to ensure that it meets management’s expectation
- Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure that premium collection flow is smooth and effective
- Ensuring that all requests for Policy Service are processed within turn-around time
- Ensuring all claims are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines and ensure operational efficiency in all processes and procedures
- Developing Claim manual and update regularly when having any changes including all request forms and letters
- Oversee proper management of lawsuits against department guidelines

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
- 5 years’ experience in life insurance operations or claims
- 5 years’ previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Knowledge of HIPPA, and Privacy Laws
- Able to work independently, but manage multiple priorities
- Experience with the coordination, and management of claim related projects
