Purpose of the Role

• Develop business processes and policies in close coordination with all stakeholders, internal and in OG and keep them up to date at all time.
• Handly end to end ERM section for OML and not only develop quarterly ERM reports for ARC but also at the same time create awareness in OML for the ERM.
• Keeping track of all offers/products being launched and preparing and presenting the post launch impact analysis to the management.
• Ensure that all IA points are being looked into and are time closed by all teams.

Role Accountabilities 

          Business Process Management

• Responsible for managing cross-functional stakeholders for efficient business process management.
• Design, develop, and improve the business processes in line with organizational objectives and align with OG where required.
• Standardization of process governance in the aspect of control environment – aligning with authority matrix and existing process and policies
• Design, develop, and formalize the organizational policies in line with Group Corporate Governance guidelines.
• Design and develop the authority matrix as per group guidelines and ensure senior leadership and management alignment.
• SMO report preparation and submission  for OG Get Digital Project
  
  Enterprise Risk Management  
• Engage with ERM champions for organizational risk register development and keep up-to-date.
• Develop a quarterly ERM report as per ERM methodologies and guidelines and ensure ERMC alignment and IA recommendations are met.
• Ensure the ERM quarterly reporting process to Group ERM and ARC.
• Facilitate communications of the ERM Framework and methodology to promote ERM culture.
• Facilitate communications of the BCM Process and awareness session to BCM Champions.
• Conduct Critical Process list and Treat Assessment with BCM champions as an initiation of the BIA process.
• SMO report preparation and submission to OG for ERM.
  
  Post Launch Analytics  
• Monitor Business Case for product/Services developments
• Review the approve BC and perform analytics for the required products
• Product/Services performance reporting to management and sharing insights
  
  Corporate Maintenance
• Understand the need for improvement with the internal audit team and implement the necessary actions.
• Monitor, report and follow up on the improvement points with all departments

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

• Minimum of 9-10 years of experience, with a focus on process management and documentation majority to be preferred from a telco background.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills including knowledge of process management principles, practices and techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar language.
• Strong knowledge in presentation and excel skills and MS-Visio.
• Strong knowledge of ERM process, practices,methdologies and implementation experience
• Understanding the effective internal control environment
• Experience in work closely with Internal Audit, senior management (CxO), Management Committee and CEO and strong organizational skills.
• University graduate preferably MBA holder
