Responsibilities:

1.Functional team – Contribute in strategic planning and decision making to assist Superior to develop and implement Procurement strategy to align with AGE Holding group and business objective

2.Policy and Procedure – Comply to Material Management and purchasing policy and procedure to manufacture transformers, panel and switch gear to meet AGE Holding short and long term business objective and Quality Management System requirement.

3.Organization Structure – Assured Purchasing Department are properly organized and staffed in order to plan required quantity of good quality material base on customer order and sales order forecast, and maintain sufficient inventory to support manufacturing on time.

Duties

A. Planning
-Manage efficient procurement planning process are in place to procure sufficient inventory of correct quality material and in time delivery to meet production demand on time with proper tracking of incoming material delivery schedule.
-Monitor purchasing spend to execute control and co-ordinate with internal customers for all purchasing in order to ensure getting competitive prices and terms of sales from qualified vendors.

B. Procurement and Supply Chain Process
-Ensure the purchasing function for a major group of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimum cost in line with the company policies and procedures.
-Ensure to coordinate with all departments, Order Processing, Planning & Production, and Warehouse & Inventory etc. for Order requirement
-Manage to procurement team in (and across) sourcing, contracting, transitional purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
-Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
-Ensure Purchasing department performance are track, reviewed and improvement are implemented if necessary.
-Ensure to prepare and check for all shipping documents by all modes of transports.
-Ensure to coordinate with all departments, Order Processing, Planning & Production, and Warehouse & Inventory etc. for fulfillment logistics.
-Make fast & professional reports with any required formats.

C. Personnel Management
-Select, train and motivate the work force to sustain Purchasing Department function.

D. Health, Safety and Environment
-Ensure HSE policy and procedures are in place to ensure compliance with regulations.

1) Recognized any bachelor Degree or Master Degree
2) Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Procurement function and Supply Chain for MNC in Manufacturing industry or Power and Distribution Industry
3) Proficient in MS word, excel, power point.
4) Fluent in English
