Assist QA Manager to Manager the product application lab.Conduct end products; Bread, Noddle, Steamed Bun, Roti Chanai, etc. testing and evaluation on Flour and other wheat products; and on incoming Wheat & Flour additives/ingredients. Conduct P & D on flour, new ingredients and recipes when the need aries.Organized training on flour based product in the form of workshop seminars.
Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Diploma in Professional Baking Courses or Industrial Chemistry or any Science related discipline.Knowledge in baking sciencesGood interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.Well team building skill and training skills.
